Lekker voor bij de koffie, als tussendoortje op het werk of als snack voor de kids of jezelf. En dat ook nog gezond en makkelijk te maken. Check dit recept voor gezonde kokosballen.

Herinneren jullie de healthy brownie nog? Deze is echt mijn favoriet geworden, ik neem dit tussendoortje bijna dagelijks mee naar het werk! Deze kokos/chocoballen zijn gebaseerd op dit hemelse recept, maar zijn toch weer net anders! Daarnaast zien ze er uberleuk uit, dus jij steelt gegarandeerd de show bij je visite. En nogmaals ze zijn echt heel makkelijk en snel te maken.

Benodigdheden

  • 75 gram amandelen
  • 125 – 150 gram dadels
  • 3 – 4 eetlepels rauwe cacao
  • 5 eetlepels kokosrasp
  • 3/4 eetlepel gesmolten kokosolie
  • 3/4 eetlepel water

Werkwijze

  1. Snij de amandelen en dadels in kleine stukjes;
  2. Doe ze vervolgens in de keukenmachine of blender en maal ze tot ze klein zijn;
  3. Voeg de rauwe cacao en 3 eetlepels kokosrasp toe, mix dittotdat het een glad geheel is;
  4. Smelt de kokosolie in een pannetje op het vuur;
  5. Voeg het water toe en vermeng dit met het brownie-mengsel;
  6. Strooi de resterende kokos op een bordje;
  7. Mmaak balletjes van het mengsel en rol ze door de kokosrasp;
  8. Laat de balletjes 2 uur in de koelkast opstijven. Na 2 uur zijn de kokosballetjes ready to be served!

Delicious with coffee, as a snack at work or for the kids or yourself. It is also really healthy and easy to make. I am talking about this recipe for cocos balls.

Do you remember the healthy brownie? It really became my favorite, I take this snack almost every day to work! The cocos/chocolate balls are based on this heavenly recipe, yet they are a bit different! In addition, they look uber nice, so you are guaranteed to steal the show with your friends. And once again they are really easy and quick to make.

What do you need?

  • 75 grams of almonds
  • 125-150 grams of dates
  • 3-4 tablespoons raw cacao
  • 5 tablespoons coconut rasp
  • 3/4 tablespoon melted coconut oil
  • 3/4 tablespoon water

What to do?

  • Chop the almonds and dates into small pieces
  • Put them in the food processor or blender and grind them until they are small
  • Add the raw cocoa and 3 tablespoons coconut rasp and mix until it is smooth
  • Melt the coconut oil in a small pan
  • Add the water and mix this with the brownie mixture
  • Sprinkle the remaining coconut rasp on a plate and make small balls of the mixture and roll them through the coconut rasp
  • Leave the chocolate balls for 2 hours in the refrigerator. After 2 hours the choco balls are ready to be served!
